Supporting the Dromana Declaration

We are proud to support the Dromana Declaration, a shared vision developed through the Bioregioning South East Ireland initiative that brings together farmers, food producers, community leaders, innovators, and changemakers committed to building a truly resilient food system in the South East. The declaration recognises that strong local food economies, healthy ecosystems, thriving rural communities, and fair returns for producers are interconnected and must be developed together. It promotes collaboration over competition, encourages the sharing of knowledge and infrastructure, and supports regenerative and agroecological approaches that strengthen both people and place. As a farm committed to sustainable food production and local processing, we believe the future of Irish food lies in resilient regional food systems that connect farmers directly with communities while caring for the land for future generations.
